SpecialtyMeet Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective November 6, 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

SpecialtyMeet is a scheduling service operated by Elevate Health App Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("SpecialtyMeet," "we," "us"). It helps vendor representatives ("Vendors") and healthcare practices and organizations ("Practices") schedule meetings, share information and message each other. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use SpecialtyMeet.

2. Who can use SpecialtyMeet

You must be at least 18 and use SpecialtyMeet for your work: as a vendor representative, or as staff of a healthcare practice or organization. You must give accurate information and keep it current. If you use SpecialtyMeet for a company or practice, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your login and everything done with it. Keep your password private and tell us right away at support@elevatehealthapps.com if you think someone else is using your account. One person per login; don't share accounts.

4. Practices, verification and teams

5. No patient information

SpecialtyMeet is for scheduling and business communication only. Never enter, upload or send patient information (protected health information, or PHI) anywhere in SpecialtyMeet: not in chats, notes, beacons, profiles, photos or files. That includes patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, record numbers and anything else that could identify a patient. We are not a HIPAA business associate and don't sign business associate agreements. We may delete content that appears to contain patient information.

6. Your healthcare compliance

Vendors and Practices are each responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to them, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the Sunshine Act / Open Payments, state laws, industry codes (such as the PhRMA and AdvaMed codes) and their own employer's policies. That covers meals, Lunch & Learns, gifts and anything of value. SpecialtyMeet only schedules meetings. We are not a party to any arrangement between Vendors and Practices, we don't pay for or provide meals or gifts, and nothing in SpecialtyMeet is payment for, or a promise of, referrals. Our fees never depend on referrals, meetings booked or business you generate.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (profiles, photos, logos, PDFs, messages). You give SpecialtyMeet a license to store, show and send it as needed to run the service, for as long as it's in your account. You're responsible for having the rights to it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

9. Subscriptions and payments

Some Vendor features may require a paid subscription (for example, a wider practice map, beacon priority, relationship timelines, rep analytics and slot-open alerts). During early access, features may be available free; we'll tell you before any paid plan starts. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are sold and billed by Apple under Apple's terms. They renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple. Prices and included features are shown before you buy, and we may change them going forward with notice. Practices can use SpecialtyMeet's core features free.

10. No guarantees

SpecialtyMeet helps people connect. We don't guarantee that any practice will meet with you, that any vendor will show up, or that you'll get any business, leads or referrals. Ratings, office hours, verification badges and profile details come from users and public sources and may be incomplete or out of date.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, puts others at risk, or is needed to comply with the law. Where it's practical, we'll tell you why.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in the app or on the website (see Support). When a Vendor deletes their account, their login and personal details are erased. Past meetings stay in each Practice's history as "Deleted vendor." When Practice staff delete their account, they're removed from the practice; if they're the only person there, the practice is deleted too. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.

13. Disclaimers

SpecialtyMeet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that information in it is accurate. SpecialtyMeet gives no medical, legal, compliance or financial advice.

14. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SpecialtyMeet won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about SpecialtyMeet is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

15. Your responsibility to us

You agree to defend and hold SpecialtyMeet harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that come from your content, your use of SpecialtyMeet, your dealings with other users, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

16. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you and SpecialtyMeet agree to those courts. Before filing anything, contact us at support@elevatehealthapps.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email, and the app may ask you to agree again. Using SpecialtyMeet after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@elevatehealthapps.com.
