SpecialtyMeet Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective November 6, 2026 · Elevate Health App Solutions LLC
SpecialtyMeet collects only what it needs to schedule meetings between vendors and practices, and never sells your information.
What we collect
| What | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Name, email, password (stored scrambled), role, job title | Sign-in, contacting you |
| Vendor profile | Company, city, specialties, photo, bio, website, marketing PDF | Shown to practices |
| Practice profile | Name, organization type, NPI and registry details, address, phone, website, logo, providers, office hours, practice types | Shown to vendors; verification; the map |
| Activity | Meeting requests, approvals, beacons, ratings, chat messages, QR scans | Running the service; history for your team |
| Team | Coworker names, emails, invites, roles | Practice accounts |
| Device and usage | App version, crash reports, which features are used | Fixing bugs and improving the app |
| Purchases | Subscription status from Apple (we never see your card) | Unlocking paid features |
We don't need and don't want patient information (see Terms section 5). We don't track your location; the map uses practice addresses, and directions open in your maps app.
How we share it
- With other users, as the app shows: vendors see practice profiles and office hours; practices see vendor profiles; meeting details and chats are shared only between that vendor and practice. Meeting availability is shown only to vendors who scanned in at the practice.
- With service providers who run SpecialtyMeet for us: Supabase (database, login, file storage), Vercel and Cloudflare (website and email routing), Apple (App Store, notifications, purchases), and, as we add them, an email delivery provider, a subscription manager and an analytics tool. They may only use it to provide their service.
- When the law requires it, or to protect users and SpecialtyMeet from fraud or harm.
- Never sold, and never used for third-party advertising.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while your account is open. Delete your account any time in the app or on the website: your login and personal profile details are erased. Records other users rely on (past meetings, ratings, chat history, who approved a meeting) stay in their accounts with your details removed or shown as "Deleted vendor." We keep a small verification record (NPI, the email used, dates) to handle disputes about who registered a practice, and backups age out within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections, per-account access rules in our database, and private storage for documents. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away at support@elevatehealthapps.com if you notice a problem.
Children
SpecialtyMeet is for working professionals and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile in the app, and delete your account there. To ask for a copy of your information or a correction we can't help you make in the app, email support@elevatehealthapps.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws; we'll honor them.
Changes and contact
We'll post updates here with a new version number and date, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Contact: Elevate Health App Solutions LLC, support@elevatehealthapps.com, San Antonio, Texas.
